Is this a good way to make friends?

what you do is get a flash card and write your name, age, number, and a little bit about yourself. then you give it to a friend and they give it to a friend and it keeps going and going and they can call you and if you like that person then you guys can be friends! then thee other version is to get a piece of paper and write the same stuff but dont take up much room and then give it to a friend and they sign the same stuff and they pass it on and it keeps going so people can look through and find someone who they want to be friends with and call them! what do you think?
