How to apply kohl pencil? I have been using kajal pencil's but this is the first time I opted for Kohl.?

I usually use the oriflame product. I liked their khol it gave me the perfect look with the smudge look too. and i had this major issue with dark circles. So after checking out lot of make up tips i came across oriflame make up tip. and it was that perfect look that i wanted. Well check out their video.
