Help with ps3 and watching videos off of websites?

Is there a way to download flash player or some so. I can watch videos of off like TNTs website...whenever I try to watch somthing off other then youtube or netflix it wont let me....when trying downloading adobe flash player is says sorry adobe flash player is not available for your devices operating system or browser....what can I do?
