Disney: Pirates of the Caribbean Ride: Whats the waterfall made from?

When you first start the Pirates ride, you go through a smoky faux waterfall effect with a projection onto it. Anyone know what this is made from (mineral oil etc)? Everytime we go it makes me itch like crazy (I have a ton of allergies)....any ideas what it's made of?
