Good (but cheap) makeup for a beginner?

The eyeliners you like are automatic or self sharpening. I think the best automatic liner is Neutragena nourishing eyeliner. And for a lengthening mascara try Maybelline lash stiletto ultimate length mascara. It comes in washable or waterproof whichever u prefer :) Hope I helped!
