Can a sinus condition stem from being in a smoky room?

I was at my father's place this weekend, and his furnace, (wood burning) was leaking smoke into the house. I woke up at 2 am, with a splitting headache. I opened the window, and was able to doze on and off till morning. I took a Tylenol before bkt, and on my way back home, took another one at noon, and still another in the evening, with a bad headache, and sinus condition. I just finished a antibotic treatment for an ear ache on Wednesday, so maybe I was fragile? After taking Tylenols today, three times, I am better tonight. Hope it's over. Also, I had a flair up of my gout, which I have no reason to, my uric acid level is at 350, and I have been watching my intake of meats, and no drinks... so I really am not sure what this is all about. Thanks for helping me out on this.
