I need tips on how to apply eye makeups?

i want to know what brands of eyeliner, mascara, and eyeshadow work the best. i want to know how to apply them the best way to make my eyes pop, and with the mascara how to make my lashes thicker and longer. i have eyes that look like this: the pupil is black, then there is a medium ring of brown, then there is a large ring of green, then it is outlined by a small ring of smoky grayish black that makes my eye pop. so all together they are hazel. i want to know how to make my eyes look huge by just using some makeup, if you could specify colors that would go well with my eye that would be great. the only makeup products i use are mascara, eyeliner, eyeshadow, and lip gloss. please also list the brand, where i can find it, and the color. i really want my eyes to look beautiful without them being too overdone or goth. thanks for all of the help! love you guys(: <3
