What is some good makeup for hapas?

I have a greenish-yellow undertone in my skin. I want to know what is some good makeup for me? I am hapa, and I have auburn hair btw.. but I might dye it back to black. I don't wear full concealer and foundation and the only time I wear eyeliner is when I tightline it (and then it's brown) or white. I usually don't wear blush and I only have black mascara so l don't like wearing it. I don't like smoky eyes. I'm 13. Also, Asians are really popular here, and half-Asians too, but only if they look really Asian. How can I look more like it? I want my eyes to look really wide set and puppy like.
