Where there laws against sexual immorality in medieval europe?

Antiquity, middle ages, renaissance - were there ever any laws against sodomy, adultery, fornication in Europe? I know there were sodomy laws in the American colonies, and I think Virginia still has a law against fornication, but I could never find anything about Europe. Could you please provide some source of information so that I can find out more. I speculate that there were since it was so Christian, but I can't find a source.
