Does The App Splashtop Make Flash Work On Your IPAD?

So just say i was to download the Splashtop application, could i go onto any website and watch a movie from it? My mom wants to watch her shows from the internet but it needs flash.Would i be able to watch then from the ipad if i downloaded Splashtop and connected it to my computer?
