How do you get rid of a bee hive that is being formed by colony?

Call a professional to have it removed. Some people that have bee hives will come do this for free and keep the bees. That's the nice thing to do....the other thing not so nice is to wait till night when the bees are sleeping and light it on fire. It's up to you but doing the nice thing might be kinda nice.
